Conservation Commission postpones hearings due to missing quorum

LANCASTER — The Conservation Commission continues three matters, lacking a quorum for formal hearings. Only two members attended the March 24 remote meeting: Chair Thomas Seidenberg and Member Carl G. Fawcett.
The Commission continued a Notice of Intent for 0 Hill Top Road, which proposes a single-family home in wetland protection areas, and deferred its public hearing on Proposed Wetland Bylaw Amendments to April 14, 2026. A Notice of Intent for 241 Chace Hill Road was previously scheduled for continuation.
