Lancaster Conservation Commission clears water main work, ratifies beaver dam emergency. The three-member board issued negative determinations for water main infrastructure on Harvard and Neck roads as minor activities and ratified an emergency certification for a phased beaver dam breach at Goss, Langen and George Hill, authorized by the Board of Health as a public health measure and to be managed by the Trustees of Reservations. The Commission also issued enforcement orders for unpermitted work and certificates of compliance for legacy permits.
