Conservation Commission defers four riverfront and wetland cases to June 23.

Lancaster Conservation Commission continued four Notices of Intent to June 23, deferring major projects including a two-foundation, soccer-field and septic complex at 70 McGovern Boulevard within the 200-foot Riverfront Area to an Intermittent Stream; demolition and reconstruction at 505 Center Bridge Road in the 100-year floodplain and Riverfront Area; two-home construction at 0 Main Street in the Bordering Vegetated Wetlands Buffer Zone; and solar installation at 241 Chace Hill Road in the Riverfront Area. The commission also addressed a Request for Determination of Applicability for a paved recreational court at 180-198 George Hill Road within the Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and Riverfront Area to a Perennial Stream. Discussion items included a bylaw amendment proposal to allow Associate Members and an update on the White Pond Water Quality Working Group.
