Lancaster Housing Authority approves fire alarm completion and secures state door grant. The board unanimously backed applications for substantial and final completion certificates for its fire alarm system and received notice of a special EOHLC award to replace front doors, storm doors, and rear doors across the property. The board also approved the April expense sheet, a bad debt write-off, and an ARPA contract for financial assistance, while Executive Director Danielle Fahey reported two vacancies in May and upcoming community programming including a hip hop dance class on July 7.
