Lancaster Housing Authority authorizes $43,624 fire alarm upgrade. At its January 14 regular meeting, the Board unanimously approved payment number three to DMH Electric, Inc. for the ongoing fire alarm system modernization at Bigelow Gardens. Chairman Frank MacGrory, members Carol Sonia, Marilyn Largey, and Barbara Foster voted in favor; Roberta Winsor was absent.

The Board also approved December minutes and the expense sheet. A December vacancy was reported leased this week, and Executive Director Danielle Fahey noted the general contractor is progressing on the fire alarm systems.
