Lancaster Housing Authority approves fire alarm upgrade work and fraud prevention event. The board unanimously approved payment number 4 for $8,644.85 and change order number 2 for $1,644.42, both to DMH Electric, Inc., for the ongoing fire alarm upgrade project at Bigelow Gardens. Executive Director Danielle Fahey announced the District Attorney will present a scam awareness program on February 24, 2026, and reported zero vacancies during January.
