LANCASTER — Housing Authority approves $7,568 for fire alarm upgrade as project nears conclusion. The board voted 3 to 2 to authorize payment #5 to DMH Electric for the fire alarm project, nearly complete with a final inspection scheduled for Friday. The board unanimously approved the March expense sheet and noted one March vacancy with a prospective tenant already screened.
