Lancaster Housing Authority approves February spending, advances four preservation projects to town meeting. Frank MacGrory, chairman, presided over the March 11 meeting with four board members present, unanimously approving the February expense sheet. Board member Marilyn Largey reported that four Community Preservation Act projects are advancing to town meeting: tennis courts, windows, cemetery walls, and hiring a consultant for the Affordable Housing Trust Committee.
Executive Director Danielle Fahey reported eight applicants for an open position and that the authority purchased a new tractor to replace one that was 27 years old.
