Lancaster Board of Health approves Fort Pond Road septic variances. Chair Jeffrey Paster, with members Sheila Roach-Mallette and Mackenzie Maloney, unanimously approved two Title 5 variances for a septic system at 696 Fort Pond Road. William J.

Brookings of the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health advised that the project's proposed solution for reduced groundwater clearance and deeper tank placement fell within reasonable guidelines. Abutting resident Susan Munyon confirmed her concerns had been addressed.
