Board of Health · Meeting of May 28, 2026

Lancaster Board of Health approves permits, documents septic system issues. Chair Jeffrey Paster and Member Sheila Roach-Mallette approved septic and sewer permits for three properties with Nashoba Associated Boards of Health Agent William J. Brookings.

Title V inspections revealed a failed system at 30 South Meadow Road requiring updates within two years, and a design mismatch at 207 White Pond Road where a two-bedroom septic design serves a three-bedroom home. Inspections passed at two other properties, while the board continued housing matters at 2790 North Main Street and 211 South Main Street to the next meeting.
