Lancaster Board of Health approves revised septic inspection for Highfield Drive property. The board voted 3-0 to accept a revised Title V inspection report showing the distribution box slightly lower than previously recorded but above the water table, allowing the homeowner to proceed with required septic tank and distribution box replacement. Chair Jeffrey Paster led the unanimous vote, with members Sheila Roach-Mallette and Mackenzie Maloney voting in favor.
The board also processed three additional Title V inspections and reviewed six ongoing housing complaints, closing four cases and continuing two pending repairs.
