Lancaster Conservation Commission ratifies enforcement order against unpermitted North Main Street clearing. The Commission ratified an enforcement order issued May 12 against 0 North Main Street, requiring the property owner to cease and desist from clearing within protected wetland areas and file a Notice of Intent by September 30, 2026. Commission Agent Sam Belanger reported that the clearing disturbed nearly all jurisdictional areas on the rear half of the property.
The Commission also unanimously approved Orders of Conditions for construction projects at 2121 North Main Street and Chace Hill Road and recommended David Ammerman for appointment to a vacant Commission seat.
