Minuteman School Committee meets in June to consider policies

LANCASTER — The Minuteman School Committee met remotely June 9, 2026, to consider school policies and personnel matters. Chair Jeff Stulin led the meeting with executive session focused on superintendent contract negotiations. Eight policies appeared in the committee's review: five were proposed for adoption covering Homebound Instruction, English Learner Education, Student Services Program, Summer School, and Instructional Materials, and three were proposed for advancement to second reading on Off Campus Work Projects, School Choice, and Public Complaints about Curriculum or Instructional Materials.
The next meeting is set for July 7, 2026, in person, as a reorganization session. Principal Paul D'Alleva reported on the Class of 2026 graduation and requested approval for environmental technology students' travel to Star Island, Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
