The Commission unanimously voted to continue a Notice of Intent hearing for a ground-mounted solar system at 241 Chace Hill Road to March 10, 2026. Chair Thomas Seidenberg advanced draft amendments to the Wetlands Protection Bylaw that would clarify vernal pool and riverfront resource areas and allow the Commission to adopt exemptions and performance standards.
