Conservation Commission continues solar hearing, meets without quorum
Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 27, 2026
Lancaster Conservation Commission continues solar hearing with half membership. Only two of five commission members attended the January 27 remote meeting, leaving the body without the three-member quorum required for binding votes. Chair Thomas Seidenberg and Vice Chair Dennis Hubbard Jr. voted to continue a Notice of Intent hearing for a ground-mounted solar installation at 241 Chace Hill Road to February 10, following the applicant's request.
The commission tabled discussion of Eagle Ridge Conservation Area improvements and continues seeking applicants to fill two vacant member seats.
