Lancaster Select Board opens warrant for November Special Town Meeting, funds library HVAC work. Board Chair Jason A. Allison, Member Ralph A.
Gifford III, and Member David R. Carr unanimously approved the November 16 town meeting date with an October 15 warrant closure. The Board unanimously authorized Town Administrator John R.
Woodsmall III to sign a $211,000 Green Communities grant for library HVAC upgrades. In related action, the Board voted unanimously to support the direction of a Memorandum of Agreement with the state Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance regarding Industrial School for Girls redevelopment.
