Lancaster Select Board unanimously approves Finance Director contract for Lori Rose. Voting unanimously, Board Chair Jason A. Allison and Member David R.
Carr approved the employment contract. Town Administrator John R. Woodsmall III was authorized to execute the agreement on the board's behalf.
Member Ralph A. Gifford III was absent but had approved the meeting taking place in his absence.
