Lancaster Records Dozen Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Twelve property transfers were recorded in Lancaster from July 24 to Aug. 22, but only two included a disclosed sale price: $34,335 for 2832 North Main St., sold to Sysco Boston LLC, and $581,250 for a Lancaster property listed without a street address, sold to CMG Mortgage Inc. and CMG Home Loans by Craig and Stephanie Naughton, the month's highest disclosed sale. High Street Extension and North Main Street each had two recorded transfers. Several transactions involved banks or credit unions as grantor or grantee, and three appeared to be transfers within the same family. With price disclosed in only two of 12 deeds, the data offers a limited picture of the month's market.
