Lancaster Select Board unanimously declares yellow Labradors dangerous after January attack. Chair Jason A. Allison and members Ralph A.
Gifford III and David R. Carr voted to implement containment and identification measures under Massachusetts General Law. Resident Stuart Hughes presented surgical evidence of severe bite injuries; dog owner Albert Gould stated the animals had breached an invisible fence.
The Board declined euthanasia per Hughes' specific request and declined mandatory neutering.
