CPC Approves Four Applications for Preservation Funding

Lancaster CPC approves four of six applications for community improvements. The Community Preservation Committee voted unanimously to approve $22,000 for the Lancaster Affordable Housing Trust to hire a consultant, as well as funding for Bullfinch Church historic window restoration and approximately $22,300 for cemetery wall repairs. In a 4-1 vote, the committee approved $61,800 for the design phase of a multi-use courts project, with Chair Marilyn Largey casting the sole dissenting vote.

The committee unanimously rejected applications from Habitat for Humanity for Laurel Hill Lane affordable housing and the town's wayfinding signage project.
