Board of Appeals · Meeting of February 26, 2026
Lancaster Board of Appeals approves veterinary home-office special permit and employee waiver. The board voted 5-0 to grant a waiver allowing two employees at 156 Langden Road, exceeding the standard one-employee limit for home occupations in the town zoning bylaw. The board determined the site met health and safety requirements, had adequate parking, and would not negatively impact the neighborhood.
