Cultural Council plans survey and event tabling to expand applicant pool

Lancaster Cultural Council pursues survey and event strategy to grow applicant base. Chair Valorie Parent's group launched a 10-question survey for distribution via Facebook, paper copies, and QR codes with a June deadline, and plans to table at community events including the Horseshed Fair, Bee Run 5k, and Summer Concerts on the Town Green. The council will also present at the Select Board, Friends of the Library, Sterling Lancaster Community Television, Recreation Committee, and Community Center.
A total of $5,186 in awarded FY25 grants remain unclaimed ahead of the March 17, 2026 deadline.
