Lancaster CPA Committee approves $6,000 administrative funding transfer. Chair Marilyn Largey led committee approval of a $6,000 transfer from the CPA fund to the general fund, establishing a new administrative position providing 12 hours monthly of grants management and document drafting. The committee also prioritized spending from designated accounts first to preserve flexibility in undesignated funds and is preparing an annual CPA plan for April review.
