LANCASTER — Select Board enters executive session on 702 LLC litigation. The board held a brief public session June 29 before moving into executive session. Board Chair Jason A.
Allison convened the meeting with members Ralph A. Gifford III and David R. Carr present; Town Administrator John R.
Woodsmall III and Town Counsel Ivria Fried and Tony Riley also attended. Ralph A. Gifford moved to enter executive session under Purpose 3 of Massachusetts open meetings law to discuss strategy regarding potential litigation and arbitration involving 702 LLC.
The motion passed unanimously, 3-0-0.
