Only Three Of 14 Lancaster Deeds Carry A Price So Far This Month
Fourteen property transfers were recorded in Lancaster between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried a sale price by the registry's cutoff. Those three prices ranged from $63,269 to $376,628, with a median of $250,000. The period's highest recorded sale was 132 Kilbourn Road at $376,628, sold by Wood Trust Investment LLC to Optimus Capital Inc. Kilbourn Road accounted for two of the three priced sales. Nine of the 14 recorded transfers involved a bank, credit union or loan-servicing entity as buyer or seller. With price data available for only three of 14 transfers, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from this data alone.
