Lancaster Sees 12 Property Transfers, Five With Disclosed Prices
Twelve property transfers were recorded in Lancaster between Aug. 14 and Sep. 12, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records. Five of the 12 deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $40,000 to $504,000, with a median of $405,000. The period's highest-priced transaction was a $504,000 sale recorded Aug. 18, with LoanDepot.com LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. listed as buyers. Two transfers were recorded on Meditation Lane. Most disclosed-price sales listed a bank or mortgage company as a buyer, and seven of the 12 deeds did not include a sale price, a pattern common in registry data for trust, estate and lender-related transfers.
