Twelve property transfers were recorded in Lancaster between Aug. 14 and Sep. 12, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records. Five of the 12 deeds had a sale price recorded, ranging from $40,000 to $504,000, with a median of $405,000. The period's highest-priced transaction was a $504,000 sale recorded Aug. 18, with LoanDepot.com LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. listed as buyers. Two transfers were recorded on Meditation Lane. Most recorded-price sales listed a bank or mortgage company as a buyer, and seven of the 12 deeds did not include a sale price, a pattern common in registry data for trust, estate and lender-related transfers.
