Lancaster Deed Filings Show 11 Sales, but Price Data Is Scarce

Eleven properties changed hands in Lancaster between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $100,000 for a High Street Extension condominium unit sold by Wicked Smart Properties LLC to Raymond K. Sauls. With pricing withheld on the other 10 transfers, the reported price range and median both stand at $100,000, reflecting that single sale rather than the broader market. Parker Road and High Street Extension each saw two transactions, and three deeds involved family trust transfers. Financial institutions, including Wells Fargo Bank NA, appeared as sellers in three transfers. Limited price disclosure makes the month's market difficult to characterize.
