Lancaster records 11 deeds in past month, but price data lags for all but one sale
Eleven property deeds were recorded in Lancaster between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one carried a sale price so far: $307,000, involving seller Elizabeth Delsignore and buyer Cornerstone Bank. The remaining 10 transactions, spanning streets including High Street Extension, Highfield Drive, Parker Road and Sterling Road, have no price posted yet; registry price data typically follows within about a week of recording. High Street Extension had two filings, the only street to repeat in this period. With price data available for just one of 11 deeds, the month's market tone cannot yet be assessed from the available figures.
