Lancaster records 15 property transfers in mid-July, but only one sale price disclosed
Worcester County recorded 15 property transfers tied to Lancaster addresses this period, all dated July 13-16. Only one deed disclosed a sale price: $52,770, on a transfer from Daniel Matthew Davies to LoanDepot.com LLC and Dart Collateral Manager LLC recorded July 16. The other 14 transfers listed no sale price, including deeds at 13 Highfield Dr, 37 Chace Hill Rd and 962 Main St, among others. Two deeds referenced Fuller Avenue. Four transfers named a lending institution or the town as seller rather than a private individual. With price data disclosed in just one of 15 transactions, the available records don't support a broader read on Lancaster's current sale values.
