Lancaster Records 13 Property Transfers in July, Most Prices Undisclosed

The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Lancaster property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three listed a sale price, ranging from $1,793 to $500,000 with a $50,000 median among disclosed sales. The period's top disclosed sale was 121 Nicholas Dr. at $500,000, sold to Clinton Savings Bank. Ten of 13 deeds carried no price, and seven listed a bank, credit union or debt-management firm as a party, a pattern visible in the data. With most prices undisclosed, the figures don't support a read on whether Lancaster's market ran hot or cool last month.
