Lancaster Board of Assessors reorganizes after chair's resignation. The board elected Debra Sanders as Chair and Kristen Fox as Vice-Chair, both unanimously, following Michael Burke Sr.'s March 6 departure. The board recommended Mary Frost, former Treasurer/Collector and Lancaster resident, to the Select Board for appointment to the vacant position.
Principal Assessor Bobbi-Jo Williams presented the overlay policy, which the board approved unanimously following discussion with Town Administrator John Woodsmall III and Finance Director Cheryl Gariepy.
