LANCASTER — Board of Assessors approves prior minutes, advances exemptions to executive session. With only Chair Debra A. Sanders and Vice Chair Kristen Fox present, the board approved January minutes on a unanimous vote and heard Principal Assessor Bobbi-Jo Williams' update on a classified chapterland property at 0 Brockelman Rd being sold following the Select Board's decline of right of first refusal.
The board then entered executive session to review one tabled property classification application, fourteen exemptions, and seven personal property tax abatements before adjourning.
