The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Lancaster property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three listed a sale price, ranging from $1,793 to $500,000 with a $50,000 median among disclosed sales. The period's top disclosed sale was 121 Nicholas Dr. at $500,000, sold to
