Lancaster Recreation Committee unanimously approves tiered beach pass fee system for 2026. Recreation Director Samantha Zediker presented the fee structure to the committee, which voted to implement day passes at $20 for 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. access, morning season passes at $20 for 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. access, and full season passes at $100 for residents and $200 for non-residents. Seniors age 65 and older and veterans receive free passes.

The committee unanimously approved revised 2026 beach rules and regulations, introducing the early-morning window and updated use zones.
