Board of Appeals approves museum special permit at 129 Bolton Road

LANCASTER — The Board of Appeals approved a museum special permit at 129 Bolton Road for applicant Dale Lydigsen of Clinton. The permit carries five conditions: public hours limited to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Saturday; private events permitted until 10 p.m.; primary parking in the rear; no residential use; and exterior signage with indirect lighting only.

The board voted 4-0 for approval. In reorganization voting, Robert Alix was elected Chair unanimously and Jeanne Rich was elected Clerk on a 4-0 vote, with Frank Sullivan absent.
